Get Me Out is a live Escape Room experience. We specialise in unique, immersive adventures featuring breathtaking themed puzzles. Our brave guests are locked inside a story with the goal of finding clues and uncovering secrets to find the way out.

An escape room is an immersive, interactive experience in which guests are locked in a room full of puzzles, clues and hidden objects, with a single goal: to ESCAPE! Or, in our case, to SURVIVE!

No. In an escape room, guests (or victims) are an active part of the experience; we ask you to do much more than simply walk through a scary course. To complete the objectives before time runs out, you will have to interact with the room and its elements.

Yes and no. Our goal is to create an engaging and fun experience based on solving puzzles and interacting with the story and the actors. That said, the stories we tell in our games may contain horror elements and can be unsettling or frightening, but not for all experiences. We don't rely on sudden jump scares or gory visual shocks; instead we create a sense of unease, as if something could happen at any moment in the dark.

If at any time during the experience you no longer wish to take part, you are free to leave the game. Our staff is always available to help frightened guests. However, please note that no refunds or rescheduling of the session are provided for those who decide to leave.

We have two locations in Milan. One is at Via Emanuele Filiberto 13, where you can play the rooms: Holy Grail, Torture Chamber and Vault. The other is at Via Boffalora 15, where you can play DarkMan.

At the Via Boffalora location there is reserved parking directly in front of our business. At the Via Filiberto location you can find paid parking a few metres away, or park along the street.

Guests under 12 will not be admitted. For guests aged 12 to 17, a legal guardian must sign a waiver before arrival. These steps are mandatory for the participation of minors, with no exceptions.

Yes. For your safety, and that of our actors and our property, a waiver must be signed before the experience begins. We recommend completing it before you arrive; you will find a link in your confirmation email.

If a GetMeOut staff member observes that a guest is visibly intoxicated or disruptive, we reserve the right to refuse entry or service without a refund. We recommend celebrating your victory (or defeat) AFTER the experience, not before.

The decision is entirely at the guest's discretion. Our games have moments of great intensity and stress, and you may get frightened. We recommend not taking part, but if you decide to play, please inform your host before the game begins!

We are sorry, but at the moment our experiences are not accessible to people who use a wheelchair. We are constantly working to improve the accessibility of our venues and we hope to offer inclusive experiences in the future.

Playing time in the room is 60 or 75 minutes. Including the initial preparation and the final photos, the whole experience lasts about an hour and a quarter or an hour and a half.

Each room has its own clue system, designed to make the experience even more engaging. During the briefing, which takes place before you enter the room, we will explain in detail how to receive clues and interact with the game. That way, you'll be ready to make the most of your adventure!

Yes, the doors will close at the start of the game. For your safety and comfort, every room is equipped with a “Panic Button” near the entrance door. If pressed, it will automatically unlock the door, allowing you to leave.

Some of our rooms have actors, both inside and outside. This information is stated in the description of each experience on our website. The actors may interact physically with you, but never aggressively or inappropriately. However, to ensure everyone's safety and respect, players may not touch the actors. Any inappropriate behaviour, verbal or physical, towards the actors will result in the immediate end of the game and removal from the premises.

No. Although our experiences follow a continuous story, the rooms can be played in any order.

Our immersive experiences are designed to engage and thrill, and include intense scenarios, strobe lights, theatrical fog and high sound levels. These elements may affect guests with sensitivities or certain health conditions. We invite anyone who might experience discomfort or adverse reactions to consider their participation carefully. You get out ALIVE!!! Jokes aside, all our guests receive a free digital group photo, and winners earn bragging rights and an exciting story to tell their friends.

Our rooms can hold a maximum of 6 guests, except the Vault, which can hold a maximum of 8 guests.

Each room has a maximum number of participants to guarantee a proper game experience. You can add just one guest beyond this limit: you do not need to tell us for the Vault, Holy Grail and Torture Chamber rooms, whereas notice is required for those who will play Darkman. If more than one additional guest is involved, an alternative solution must be considered, such as splitting the group across two rooms at nearby times. To reserve your experience for your desired date and time, you must book on our website. When booking, you can choose your preferred payment method: cash or card on arrival, or by card directly online.

You do not need to tell us if the number of participants changes, as long as it stays within the minimum and maximum limits of the room: you can simply show up with a different number of players. Yes, we are happy to offer special bookings outside normal hours. The minimum purchase is an entire room booked at full capacity. These out-of-hours experiences can be booked at any time outside our standard schedule and even on closing days. Contact us for more information.
